Yo-Yo Effect- Goodbye!

Like many others, Peter Thurnhofer tried to lose weight through various diets. Nothing worked. Each time, he experienced the familiar yo-yo effect. Like many others, he saw this as a personal development. Realizing that political, economic, and energy-related events had deactivated fat metabolism, leading to his weight problems and related health issues, he discovered a new approach: the LipoReAct diet. By reactivating fat metabolism, it became possible to achieve and maintain a healthy weight for both overweight and underweight individuals without nutritional deficiencies, hunger pangs, weight-loss aids, or the yo-yo effect.

The costs to the general public could be drastically reduced if policymakers focused more on addressing the root cause – the deactivated fat metabolism – instead of solely concentrating on repairs to the accompanying, more noticeable carbohydrate metabolism.
