The Invisible Thread

Through the telling of 16 “fables,” children are told the evolutionary history of the domestic dog and its cooperative and friendly relationship with humanity.
Two legends are included: the story of Argos and Odysseus, recounted in Homer’s Odyssey, and the story of Yudhisthira and his dog at the gates of Paradise, recounted in the Mahabharata.
